Dollar Bills

Pricing & Payment Options

I generally collect the cost of materials plus 25% of the labor upfront. After that I will bill weekly for what is owed. Types of payment I except are cash and Zelle. I will also except Venmo, Pay-pal, and online payments through this site but a 4% fee will be added to the bill. All bills will be paid in full within 30 days of billing unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Basic hourly rate as a handyman & carpenter is $90 per hour or I can do a "bid."

A bid is a rough estimate on what I feel the project would cost from start to finish. This would include but not limited to things like:

*Labor: time to complete the project times the hourly rate quoted.

*Materials: the items needed to build the project.

*Special equipment: any special tools that I will need to rent.

*Permits:  legal documentation required my a governing body.

Remodels are very difficult to give a bid because of the unknown factors. I will do my best to give an accurate bid and stick to it. Some examples of unknown factors are, but not limited to, hidden utilities,  structural damage, rot or mold,  asbestos, animals, changing the design, etc.

***Special note: I am NOT a licensed electrician or plumber. Items requiring a licensed electrician or plumber may have to be hired separately and rates may vary.***

Small projects

These projects would include things like the Dice Tower, 12" by 12" tiles,  items for gaming, small gifts, etc.

The basic hourly rate will be $45 per hour. This does depend on what work has to be done. Let us talk about your idea and what we both feel is far. All materials and items needed will be billed to the customer.
